One pound gone!

I am losing 5 pounds before Halloween, so that I fit a bit more appropriately in my costume for the Oil Can Harry's costume contest.

Kevin: This blog is just an easy way to record and share my life with my friends and family, wherever they may be. I also like to keep track of what's happening with civil rights and politics. From photos and stories to rants and raves... these are just the tidbits of my life. I have a loving family and great friends. I grew up with a father in the Navy and have lived a little bit of everywhere. Through it all, I consider myself a southern boy. Love me some mac-n-cheese.
