National Masturbation Month

This Friday marks the beginning of National Masturbation Month, a self-loving and altruistic holiday celebrated for the past 14 years by progressive sex stores, sexual health organizations, and individuals around the globe. Most of the commercialism that once marred this holiday has faded, but the spirit lives on in the Center for Sex and Culture's annual Masturbate-a-Thon. Led by Carol Queen and Robert Lawrence, the MaT has single-handedly (get it) put the fun back in fundraiser.
