Focus on the Family plans an unspecified number of layoffs, and will be announcing specifics in the next few days, Focus spokesman Gary Schneeberger said Thursday.This comes on the heels of Focus' announcement in October that 46 employees would be reassigned or laid off next year due to a restructuring of its distribution arm. Focus has a staff of about 1,200 people.
