From Equality for All:
After years of hard work we are just days away from learning whether the California Supreme Court will strike down California's discriminatory marriage laws and allow loving, same-sex couples to marry. If they do, it will be a joyous day for the millions of us who have been denied equality our entire lives.
But our joy may be short lived. Right wing organizations have submitted what appear to be enough signatures to place a constitutional amendment on the November ballot that, if passed, would rip any victory from our hands.
