RUSSIAN PRESIDENT VLADIMIR PUTIN NOMINATED FOR NOBEL PEACE PRIZE
Citing his proposal to dismantle Syria's chemical weapons arsenal, a group has nominated Russian President Vladimir Putin for the Nobel Peace Prize, the NYT reports.
