Iowa Senate Majority Leader Michael Gronstal, D-Council Bluffs, said he will not allow a constitutional marriage ban to be introduced, following the state high court's marriage-equality decision. "The politics of it are I'm not going to put discrimination in the Iowa Constitution," Gronstal said.
