"This Is A &*$% Big Mess"

White House Budget Director Peter Orszag went on "The Daily Show" Wednesday night and actually explained President Obama's budget plan calmly and clearly -- denying Jon Stewart's claim that "all this shit is made up."

When Stewart expresses shock at the size of the deficit, Orszag does admit that it's a "[bleep]ing big mess." Orszag talks about how the administration plans to reduce it:
