Florida and Key West

Sean and I took a quick trip to Florida and Key West. The chorus was performing at a convention in Miami. This was in July, so I am a little late posting the photos. Oh well, such is life.


After staying in Miami, we drove up to Tampa to visit my family. My parents recently moved my grandfather to Florida (from North Carolina) to be closer to the family. It was very nice to see him, as it had been a while.

It was also my first time to see Jayden and to see Adrian again.

Adrian is taking swimming lessons and Jeff practices with him.

Then Sean and I were off to Key West for a little vacation. Everyone has to have the picture above, right?!

We stayed in this little guesthouse, right off of Duval.

I love the pirate flags on the ships in the harbor.

Sean and I went snorkeling. Not much of the reef is left, but we did see a barracuda.




Sean got a little sea-sick on the way back.

Coast Guard boat... my brother is in the Coast Guard, so I had to take the photo.

Hog's Breath for lunch after snorkeling... not even sea sickness gets in the way of Sean's eating. There are so many biker bars on the island.

I love the "no parking" sign. We had key lime pie and conch fritters every day.

And we watched the sun set ever night.

Leaving Miaim and heading back to Los Angeles.
