Rumors of Secret LDS Plot to Destroy Same-Sex Marriage Actually True

A 1997 document from then LDS President Gordon B. Hinckley details the church's strategy for defeating same-sex marriage, which stresses including the Catholic Church in the fight. The memo looked at the Hawaii civil union decision and uses it to survey the California political landscape.

After determining that in California:

"Anti-H.L.M. (presumably "homosexual legal marriage") legislation through both Houses of the California Legislature appears virtually impossible at the preent. There is a consensus that referendum is the only route. While expensive, there are at least two coalitions coming together with one of them showing promise as to raising money.

Richard Wirthlin has run a survey which shows public support for our position in the mid-fifty percentile. As in Hawaii, his survey shows that the public image of the Catholic Church higher than our Church. In other words, if we get into this, they are the ones with which to join."

Congrats, Kevin. You are helping to fulfill at least one (and maybe both) of the two "signs" in Luke 17 that Jesus predicted will happen just before His return to earth as Judge. The "signs" are the "days of Noah" and the "days of Lot"; see the book of Genesis for details about these days. You will have to determine which "sign" you are helping to fulfill. Jesus said that before His return there will be a mysterious worldwide resurgence of these "signs" on an unparalleled scale which will actually be the behind-the-scenes work of unseen powers who will brainwash millions. Several scary Bible passages reveal that God will even "program" those who insist of fulfilling the same "signs"; for example, "the Lord God...gave them up to vile affections," "gave them over to a reprobate mind," "God shall send them strong delusion" (Rom. 1; II Thess. 2). To see Gaydom's goal for Main Streets everywhere, Google "Zombietime" and land on "Up Your Alley Fair" which occurs in a city allowing children to view public depravity! Can you be sure that the underground saint there - San Andreas - won't decide to get a big jolt out of all the faults of SF's leaders? Re the Howard Ahmanson who backed Prop. 8, his worldview is closer to that of the earliest American leaders (when homosexuality was actually a capital offense!) than it is to today's pseudo-Americans who don't need to be stoned because they are already "stoned" by the same, brain-washing unseen powers whose only desire is to drag down as many fools to their own Hell-bound level as they can! Man .. LoueyNorey...

You have a lot of time on your hands ... I would say to you .. are you also refering to the places in the bible where there are huge inaccuracies? If you are sooo gung ho on the bible, then I take it you still keep slaves, check your sister and mother for there menstral cycles? ( remember, we can't get close to 'dirty' women for 10 days before ), I take it you also don't eat shellfish nor do you wear poly/cotton blends? Are you still of the belief that the planets and the sun revolve around the earth? I take it also that someone, the many writers of the bible forgot to mention dinosaurs ? I am also sure you daughter is very happy in her pre-arranged marriage.

Judging by your resonse to Kevin's blog, I would suppose that you did vote NO on Prop 8? I know that people with your inclination WANT the rapture to hurry the heck up and get here. So, if you voted no or are actively working to get this to pass, you wish to rapture will come faster.

But I would also think that you are passing your time well as you wait. I would guess you are working to feed the poor, help the marginalized, give all that you have for the widows and the orphans? Are you working to, as the Lord's Prayer states, " On Earth as it is in Heaven " ? ( and not the other way around ) I take it you are not judging lest you be judged, you are forgiving those ( 7 x 70 ) that have "hurt" you. AND you are loving your neighbor as thyself ?

Googling "Dangerous Radicals of the Religious Right" shows the huge difference between America's greatest leaders of the past and today's ingrate, know-nothing, world-owes-me-a-good-time, spit-on-God generation that is destined to learn everything the hard, screaming way. Concerning Old Testament laws that deal with shellfish, etc., many of those laws were only for ancient Israelites and were only temporary. But the laws that were carried over into the New Testament (e.g., laws prohibiting murder) are still in effect for Christians. Some say that Jesus never talked about homosexuality. But he did indirectly. He often talked in positive ways and concerning marriage He said that marriage is only between a man and a woman. This positive statement naturally rules out any other kind of marriage. Jesus never mentioned a lot of things including kidnapping, but who would ever dare to suggest that He was pro-kidnapping? Re Howard Ahmanson, Google "Zombietime" and then open up "Up Your Alley Fair" (at which young kids on public streets are allowed to watch naked homos illegally having sex with each other - all this regularly happening in Nancy Pelosi's pigpen!) and then remind yourself that this is precisely the stuff that has caused great civilizations of the past to self-destruct. Is this really what you want for America? Is Ahmanson to be condemned just because he doesn't want to see America self-destruct? If America is destroyed, what other country do you plan to move to? Think about it! LoueyNorey
