National Organization for Marriage Releases Gay Marriage Scare Ad

Here’s the National Organization for Marriage’s new anti-same-sex-marriage scare ad:

The Human Rights Campaign has released a report detailing the ad’s inaccuracies, which is great. But the HRC has outdone itself this time by tracking down the audition reels of actors stumbling over ridiculous NOM lines like “the clouds are dark and the winds are strong, and I’m afraid.”

They really do have to act like somehow same-sex marriage is going to hurt them, and most of them aren't very good at it. HRC's Brad Luna: “What’s next for the National Organization for Marriage? Will they hire legendary infomercial pitchman Ron Popeil to hawk their phony agenda? This ad is full of outrageous falsehoods—and they don’t even come out of the mouths of real people.”

[Of course, in the letter from gay rights organizations, they are "shocked" at the tactics and lies of NOM. Really, beacuse it is the same tactics they use EVERY time. Geoffrey Kors is once again shocked... you think he would learn. When is he going to resign so we can win marriage equality in California?

And just remember, a large part of the country will believe this video. That is the scary part!]
